{Day Five} 6 Days of Denim

These light wash midi shorts are the first I've owned in that length. It was interesting to see what they would go with. I chose this floral tank top for some femininity to go along with the boyish style of shorts.

These shoes have a tiny heel, so they're great to wear at school when you want a little height, but still need to be able to walk the halls all day.

I don't know why the denim looks so weird in close up photos-maybe it's just on my computer. Sorry!
 
The destroyed denim makes its fourth appearance! An obvious theme in this series.

 
This is my go-to bracelet for the summer! The pink and gold combo is so me and goes with a wide variety of color/outfit combinations.

The third outfit of the series is perfect for lunch on hot day. New Year, Same Me

Quick throwback to 3 years ago when I started this blog! And … back to the present. People always have lots to say when this new beginning rolls around. A chance to start fresh, be productive, and to reinvent your image. I say, scrap it. The world seems to be in agreement that 2016 was the closest we’ve been to hell on earth. However, life is just a continuation. Unless you’re one of those cute, little babies with a January 1, 2017 birthday, nothing much has really changed. Cards Against Humanity with a Twist

My friend Sarah came over last night so we could watch the One Direction movie, This Is Us, which came out last year. She still hadn't seen it! Not only that, but we decided to play Cards Against Humanity . It's a card game that requires four people or more if you really want to get the laughs going.     With only the two of us, we took a little advice from our favorite YouTubers! Hannah Hart (feat. Jenna Marbles) and  Connor Franta (feat. Tyler Oakley) dubbed a new, two person version of this game: Charades Against Humanity. I think this might be better than the original intention of the game. I couldn't decide whether it was more fun to act out or guess crazy ridiculous things! We took cues from the YouTubers such as "overall concept", "sounds like", and other charade gestures.
