I wore this outfit to my boyfriend's basketball game and then we had a Harry Potter movie marathon after. It was our three month anniversary, so I wanted to look cute, but since we didn't do anything special it's also a very casual outfit. The sweater was oversized and had a champagne/grey color with a lace trim around the bottom to add a girly touch. I borrowed the vest from my sister's closet (thanks Mallory!) for some color, although it wasn't too bright. It also kept me pretty warm! I liked this vest because it goes along with the trend, but it's one that no one will have. 


Another thing is the inside is a super cute floral pattern! There is a hood that attaches on and also a fur edging that can be attached to that. The removability of those pieces make it very versatile to fit your outfit with any degree of cold weather.
 These boots were given to me by my aunt since she only wore them once! They're a little different from the classic riding boot style so I decided to try them out. They definitely have a more casual, slouchier look so I thought they went well with my outfit choice.

New Year, Same Me

Quick throwback to 3 years ago when I started this blog! And … back to the present. People always have lots to say when this new beginning rolls around. A chance to start fresh, be productive, and to reinvent your image. I say, scrap it. The world seems to be in agreement that 2016 was the closest we’ve been to hell on earth. However, life is just a continuation. Unless you’re one of those cute, little babies with a January 1, 2017 birthday, nothing much has really changed. Cards Against Humanity with a Twist

My friend Sarah came over last night so we could watch the One Direction movie, This Is Us, which came out last year. She still hadn't seen it! Not only that, but we decided to play Cards Against Humanity . It's a card game that requires four people or more if you really want to get the laughs going.     With only the two of us, we took a little advice from our favorite YouTubers! Hannah Hart (feat. Jenna Marbles) and  Connor Franta (feat. Tyler Oakley) dubbed a new, two person version of this game: Charades Against Humanity. I think this might be better than the original intention of the game. I couldn't decide whether it was more fun to act out or guess crazy ridiculous things! We took cues from the YouTubers such as "overall concept", "sounds like", and other charade gestures.
